San Lorenzo, Colombia
Our espresso is Curve's signature San Lorenzo coffee, sourced from a community of smallholder farmers in the Caldas region of Colombia. Grown at around 1,700 metres above sea level and fully washed for clarity and balance, this coffee delivers a rich, syrupy body with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and ripe plum. It's beautifully smooth as an espresso and pairs perfectly with milk, making it the ideal choice for flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes.
The coffee comes from the indigenous San Lorenzo community, where generations of farmers carefully cultivate and process their coffee while protecting the natural environment. By sourcing from the same producer group year after year, Curve helps provide long-term stability for growers while ensuring consistent quality in every roast.
